Welcome to The Craft Cache Workshop! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or placing an order from our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, kindly step away from the virtual cart (but we’ll miss you).
1. Use of Our Site
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. No hacking, scraping, or shady business. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion—especially if you’re acting suspicious or downright rude.
2. Products & Custom Orders
We specialize in handmade and custom items—laser-engraved gifts, shirts, and other creative treasures. Each piece is made to order, and slight variations are normal (and part of the charm).
Custom and personalized items are made just for you. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations are not allowed. Double-check your spelling—we engrave it like you typed it (typos and all).
3. Order Process
Orders are processed in the order they’re received. Turnaround times vary depending on the item and our current workload, but we do our best to keep things moving at a laser-powered pace.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email, and possibly a proof if your order requires approval. Please respond promptly to keep things on schedule.
4. Payment Terms
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed at checkout. Full payment is due at the time of order. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom items due to buyer error (wrong name, date, or design choice). Please be sure of your selections before submitting. No take-backs, no do-overs.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and others. Tracking info will be provided once your order ships. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we can’t control carrier delays or porch pirates.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with photos, and we’ll help make it right. Lost packages should be reported ASAP so we can assist with a claim.
International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes—those are your responsibility (we don’t make the rules, just the cute stuff).
6. Returns & Refunds
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable. We mean it.
For non-custom items, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including designs, images, logos, product descriptions, and branding, is the intellectual property of The Craft Cache Workshop. No stealing, copying, or pretending our designs are your own. That includes our squirrel. He knows a good lawyer.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Craft Cache Workshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If something goes awry, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. No drama, just fair.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website means you accept those changes—even if you didn’t read them.
