Shipping policy

Local pickup is available in Harrogate, Tennessee. Please choose that option at checkout with your contact information. You’ll be notified when your order is ready for pickup and will receive pickup instructions at that time.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming to pick it up.

All apparel is made to order unless marked Ready to Ship.

If your order contains local pickup item and shipped items, please checkout separately. Shopify does not allow the combined shipping methods.

Custom items are made to order. Please allow time to prepare your unique items.

Because many of our products are made specifically for you, processing and shipping times can vary depending on the item and the size of your order.

Most orders are shipped within 5–10 business days after your order is confirmed and any necessary artwork or personalization details have been approved. Larger, highly customized, or seasonal orders may require additional time.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
