How Bulk Ordering Works

  1. Submit your request — Use the quote form below with your item type, quantity, and any artwork or logo files.
  2. Receive a custom quote — We'll send you a detailed pricing breakdown, typically within 1–2 business days.
  3. Approve & pay deposit — A 50% deposit secures your order and locks in production.
  4. Production & delivery — We produce your order and notify you when it's ready for pickup or shipment.

Volume Pricing & Minimums

Pricing varies by product type, materials, and customization complexity — so every bulk order gets a tailored quote. Generally, the more units you order, the better your per-unit price.

Minimum order quantity: typically, at least 10 units per design/style. Mix-and-match sizing within the same design counts toward the minimum.

Lead Times

All bulk orders are made to order, and lead times vary depending on current workload, material availability, and order complexity. We'll provide an estimated timeline with your quote.

We recommend reaching out as early as possible — especially if you have a specific event or deadline in mind. The sooner we connect, the better we can plan together.
